Hey all! I just got back from my first ever FAM Trip. As I mentioned in my first few posts a FAM is short for Familiarization. It’s a way for Travel Agents to get familiar with a certain property or location. Although I’ve been to Cancun before, it was my first time experiencing Palace Resorts.
